i wish my boss was like him, in the show!. ted him self is a great actor and he needs more rolles too play. hes great as the captain in monk . give the man more scrips to read. he can play a really good bad guy and a good nice guy. hes voice has a great sound for action and thiller movies . hes still young get him while you can.
