I think Dean uses Chuckles becouse Zach is always serious

I don't know why it is used so much by ,but chuckle heads has been used way back, since season one. Meg called them both chuckle heads. Bobby has called them chuckle heads also. I agree with Mellenbal about the 3 stooges theory.

The Trickster has also called them chuckle heads
