i think that hook man is just trying to kill Sam and Dean cause if the enemy pulls on it faces it at them they would get hit with there own weapon!! Not good!!!!!! Tell me what you think!

I think it was just a general observation about Sam and Dean constantly dropping their weapons. Which they kinda do, it adds to the suspense I guess! Nothing sinister behind it!
