Ryan's STAGED emotional Gesture Ashley

Wednesday, December 09, 2009 6:08 AM Report
What a bad case of acting. BOth Ryan & Ashley should be voted off ( if not kicked off). Although I have never been a fan of Ashely, I was a fan of Ryan unitl he pulled that stunt this evening. It was clearly staged and fake. Where were the tears Ryan?

I understand that when you care so deep about someone and they're in a vulneerable position it's only natural for a spouce or life partner to want the very best for that person but that emotional outburst was totally inapporpriate since this is a conpetition and it's only fair to see a live performance to be judged on. My heart felt wishes for a quick recovery for Ashley because she is an incredibly talented dancer!

Have to agree with Jab. Yeah it was a gentlman thing to do but it was totally staged and fake. Ashley is on hell of a dancer but this is a competition, soooo for whatever reason..ie dislocated shoulder, broken foot etc she could not finish...ie COMPETE. How fair is it to the other dancers who HAVE to dance to win this thing. And BTW, Im alomost 50..traveled the world when I was in the Navy. Too many countries to recall, I know a B*hit artist when i see one! Gentleman maybe?? Bser definitely

First of all, do any of you have a spouse? Secondly, what Ryan did wasn't really against the rules. Whether you like it or not, he might feel that he can't go pass himself without doing "something" for his wife - staged or not. He might not earn our votes for his dancing or for what he has pulled off last night, but he just showed that dancers are just as human as anyone of us.

I agree...I think it was very fake and contrived. I think he does want his wife to do well but he seized an opportunity to manipulate the voters.

ATTENTION DOBIE MAN: The arrogance of someone who says "STFU" has always amazed me. It's an open forum for people to express their opinions and critiques. After all, it is a competition. I bet your parents would be very proud to calim you , in this forum right now.
