I think the challenge for the designers to create an outfit for women with heart issues was excellent. I would like to suggest a challenge for women who have undergone masectomies due to breast cancer. These women struggle to find clothes that make them feel sexy and desirable, strapless is hard when you are wearing a prothesis. I know from where I speak as I am one of these women. I loved the segment on a dress for hedi that was fun and hectic the heart dress was good too oh yeah and the children was cute Iam glad he won

I would really love to see them make an outfit for a little person (woman)...They have very little options for dresses other then in the little girls dept. This would be a real challenge for them. There would not be a problem finding them models, as there are a number of reality shows about little people on tv right now.
