I assume BOLO means the same as APB, All Points Bulletin, but what do the letters stand for? Also, what does Tony mean when he say "on your six, boss"?

Any shed light on the comment Gibbs made at the beginning "Did I have the fish or did I have the lasagna?" not clear on what he was referring to-Duckie/Vance/Gibbs standing next to the "Kelly".

Ducky and Vance remark that Gibbs had only taken one vacation this year, he sailed the Gulf of Mexico and then bought a one-way ticket back. Gibbs says, "Did I have the fish or did I have the lasagna?" Gibbs was being sarcastic. He meant was, Vance & Ducky seemed to know so many details about his vacation, they probably knew what meal he had on the flight back.
