Nah, bet its the PC police once more dictating what can and cant be done. Probably not acceptable to them for a "Federal" agent (or actor) to be seen cuffing a Junior round the earhole. Pity though that was half the fun of the show. Bring back Katie

maybe gibbs is afraid he's rattled tony's brain to many times and is afraid he'll cause permanent brain damage.ziva and mcgee seldom need reminders but tony clearly enjoys them far to much so it isn't as effective any more
