Deliverance episode twice?

why are they showing the deliverance episode from season 6 as a new episode in season 7? im pretty upset with this as i wait along with everyone else to see a NEW episode each week not a 9 month old one. any explanations anyone?

don't know,I was shocked myself,however as always with NCIS when I watch a show again I always see and hear something I missed the first 15 times! LOL!

i think it was a rerun this season seems to be 1 new for every 3 repeats

its a long season.. there would have to be way too many episodes to have a new one every week. and, a shortened season would stink, cause there would be a longer waiting period of the break. this happens to a lot of shows anyway.
