I am 47 with 3 back surgeries behind me. My wife was in a head on wreck 15 years ago with a ripped arota to with her heart and broken her right leg in 44 places with metal plates in her leg and hip now. She was in another head on wreck 2 years ago and she now has a metal plate in her arm now. she can get around ok and so can I but we are both over weight.....why don't you ever help people with you shows that has minor disabilites to show us how we can exerise and loose wight like others can????
