Russell shouldn't be on on the show after insulting and barking at the Prom Committee. Russell freaked out on the kids when they were relaying how they wanted the Prom decorations hung, poor example of a leader. When this happened I was sure Ramsey would view the footage then kick Russell off the show for lack of customer service skills. Instead, Ramsey relays to all that Russell has stepped up and is doing a great job. Wow! I lost my respect for Ramsey.

I have lost respect for Ramsey because if he reviewed the taps (which I believe he doesn't) Sabrina would have been gone a long time ago. She walks out on prep and refuses to any chores when the girls loose battles. I don't see how she has stayed on the show for so long. Oh wait, producers do have a say and she does make for great tv -- I guess. I personally really don't like her attitude and believe that a lot of the chefs this season should be gone. But I agree with you about Russell, but then again given how Ramsey acts on the show all that cussing and screaming while diners look on. Who would want to go to a restaurant like that???

I think Russel needs to go. He's not a team player, and I know only one can win so the team concept is kind of out, however he doesn't run a kitchen. He walks around in little circles during service and usally is on the easiest station. After that crap he pulled with Trevor on setup last night, (11-10-10) He really needs to go.
