I think now that Alex got shot Lexi choice is going to be Alex regardless of the fact that Alex called for Izzy. I wonder what would of happened if Mark was the one who had been shot??? I think as much as I love Alex she should be with Mark, he has grown so much and really loves her! Anything so Mark doesnt end up with Teddy!!!

i agree, i love Alex but Mark & Lexie belong together, i'm not saying that i'm against Alex & Lexie, i just want her with Mark, he sincerly loves her and wants to marry her and build a life together. Plus Alex is still in love with Izzie even though shes gone!!

Lexi needs to be with Mark. Alex loves Izzie, he will always love izzie and wont ever really get over her even though she is gone. Plus i kinda feel like lexi and mark are becoming like the new merder...except no one can be as good a couple as merder

great to see so many lexi/mark fans. Although i do agree with svetli Alex has been through a lot and i adore Alex but i think he needs time alone so he can move on from izzy properly and perhaps they might bring a new love interest in for him in the future???

Mark and Lexie , as they really completely in love. what she did with Alex was just an impulsive decision after the trauma of the shooting and finding Alex shot. she was not thinking clearly. when she found out that Mark and Teddy are seriously dating she was about to die <3
