While I was, at one time, an Ellen fan, I've kind of cooled off in the past few years. It's a been there, done that sort of thing. I loved her for her comedy, but I haven't seen anything new in a long time. But American Idol? Come on. It's a singing contest. All the other Judges have some sort of resume to judge such things. While Ellen has the credentials to judge stage presence and wardrobe, I can't give any credence to her opinions on the music itself, which, at least for me, is the only thing that matters.

because she is funny and would make a great judge so has the best morning talk show in the world and yes there is music on her show
