I do not like the fact that Eric is leaving the show. why the new faces? Is it that Eric wants to do other things or will they bring Alex back? What would happen if David Caruso left then what? Would the series end?

I agree. I want to see Alex back also. She really was fun during the cases and helped to make the team more like family. I'm just a spoiled fan and want to keep everything as is. I do hope that the cast also gets a chance to do other things without having to leave the show.
