I so miss Grissom. Laurence Fishburn as Dr Ray has in my opinion just ruined the show. He has no charachter and the show is not the same any more. I dont know why William Petersen left but CSI will never be the same any more. Is it only me who thinks this ?

You hit the nail right on the head. And now the possible loss of Wendy (Liz Vassey). One would imagine they test market these things.. yeah right. This should be case study on how to destroy a great show.

Most places i read on CSI, people are saying they love Laurence as Ray. More people love him than dont. I just dont understand this. He has no personality, no character, nothing. I really thought that alot of other people would have thought this too but no, most viewers seem to love him. If this is true then we will have him in CSI for a long time to come. That really makes me sad. What we need is a petition. Bring Grissom home, or at the very least..Get Rid Of Laurence Fishburn in CSI.

Most places that I read HATE Langston and are tired of him being rammed down our throats. The very small group that like this character cannot come close to outweighing those of us fans that have stopped watching since Langston has become the focal point of the show. The ratings say that people can't stand the guy so people can CLAIM to like him, but that doesn't always mean that they watch. There won't be a 'CSI' for a long time if they keep him around much longer. The ratings can't get much lower before the Execs finally realize that they have to do something. There are a few petitions floating around, the sad part is that a lot of people either haven't seen them or don't bother to sign them.

If there was ever a time to do something about this problem, it is obviously now. Langstons character was seriously injured in the season finale recently so the solution is obvious. Kill his character off. I have nothing against Fishburn personally but he is not the guy for the role and a million voices have repeated this. I wasn't sure if the ratings had dropped but I suspected they had. The show is going to die a dismal death if Langston doesn't exit soon. Has anyone heard any rumours about wether he is returning next season ?

I miss Grissom but I think its not only problem. In the past scenario was focus on crimes now I think they want make CSI more similar to other Crime (NY and Miami)with bad effect.

I have never been able to get into CSI New York or Miami. The characters just arn't interesting ( to me )
