Almost 8 years later and I'm still missing Sunnydale.

I can't beleive that it's been almost 8 years since the show went off the air. I still miss it and will go through phases where I re-watch episodes or seasons (sometimes a Buffyathon and I watch the whole series) and I seem to be in one now. I've been reading the guides and thinking about it a lot lately and even though I have found new shows to watch I still haven't found anything I love as much as I loved this show. It was the first show I had ever watched where I absolutely could not miss an episode (even when in the hospital delivering my first child I kept reminding my husband to tape Buffy so I wouldn't miss it. Season 4 'who are you") Even after all this time it still holds up as a great show and now even my 12 year old neice has become hooked. I guess i'm just wondering if there are any more fans out there still missing the show after all this time?

I know exactly how you feel! And believe me, I know at least 10 people personally who also feel the same! I started watching with my dad back in 97 the first air dates when i was only 6 and fell in love instantly =D I couldn't miss a night of it! Also did you ever catch those Thanksgiving marathons on FX? About the need for Buffy-thons, oh wowza! I've owned all the seasons for many years and have watched them so many times all the way through, all fans just feel that urge haha you are very much NOT alone! The very greatest show to ever be on TV and it will forever be missed by you, me, and us all, hence the need to just keep watching =] Buffy can really be related to by everyone, has many awesome lessons, and so much mischief and hilarity, but can bring you to tears with the emotion and reality brought by the cast. Double thumbs up to everyone involved and they bring joy to me and all of us Bufferz fans!
