I will not watch this show anymore

I agree with you. When I saw Kevin Skinner win over Barbara I knew it was fixed. I watch it every season and will not watch it any more.

I 100% agree....Kevin Skinner was the WORST out of all 10 finalist. I will not watch this show again. I can't believe that anyone can vote for him over the rest of the group. They have more talent in their pinkies than he has in his whole body. I can't image anyone paying any money to see him in Vegas. What a big mistake - whether is was America that actually voted for him or AGT fixing the votes - what a shame to all the rest of the talent on this show.

Me either. This show is supposed to be about talent. Mr. Skinner may be a wonderful guy, and probably needs the money as much as any contestant. But he would probably stuggle to place in a big Karoke contest. This is what happens when these shows become about making money on the phone calls rather than seeing that the best talent wins. If I were one of the three judges I would have been embarassed. I'll find something else to watch in the future.

I do not understand why you are over the top about this one. Did you see last year? The best never wins. Where is Eli?

I believe in the time we are living, Kevin Skinner probably did win Americas vote. He lives the underdog life. America needs hope and Kevin is just that hope. He gives all the average people in america the glimmer that although he isnt an acceptional talent, he could sign country very well and he has enough heart for all 100,000 of the talents. WAY TO GO KEVIN...CONGRATULATIONS

I believe Kevin Skinner, although not necessarily the best talent, is just what america is looking for. He is living the underdog life and in the times we are living he is most of america. I can fully believe america voted for him and I see that he is fully deserving. Kevin has more heart than the 100,000 contestants combines. WAS TO GO KEVIN!!!

and furthermore, I just finished reading all the comments. You people who are complaining about Kevin winning, would have been the same complaining if he, "the underdog" hadn't won. Or if recycled percussion had won would have had something to say about that . Like they only won because they are a "real" vegas act. The contest isn't fixed. America picked. America chose..one of Americas's own. PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT.

I agree with the majority. Kevin Skinner should never have made the top ten let alone win; and no, I would not have complained no matter who won. This show should be about talent. Kevin appears to be a nice guy; but I would never pay to see him or buy any of his music. My husband sings better than he does.

What a crock! I'm from the South, and believe me, he does not have my support or the support of a ton of us. I’m sorry he is unemployed, but have you seen the latest unemployment rate, so are a lot of people. The winner, and there were several that were deserving, should have been chosen on talent not sympathy!!!!”
