If you're wondering why you're drawn to Eric Northman, just think.... were the good and nice people you dated any fun? Did they get you as excited as the mysterious and sexy people? I believe I need that excitement to get the juices churning. Now the Sheriff has proven responsible, wise in judgment, especially as an entrepreneur, and logical enough to endure his forgotten humanity. I love watching this character's journey as he vacillates between disdain for humans and his wonder-turned-"love" for Sookie. The excitement of taboo, doing or playing with something you know you shouldn't will always grab the most attention. Not the goodie-two-shoes who abide by all the laws and want to drive 55 mph in a 60 mph zone. I say, "yes", those 5 mph do matter! While you're at it let's drive 80 mph, just don't get caught! So, if I were Sookie, I'd take a ride on the M&S side and leave the "Goodie" alone. Come over here, Mr. Northman!
