While in the mental health facility, Bree meets a visitor named Orson. Betty calls Bree to tell her about her new discovery, and Bree escapes. She confronts Danielle and Matthew at her home. Matthew pulls out a gun but is shot and killed by the police, whom were called by Betty. Betty and Caleb move away to start fresh. Susan rejects Karl‘s gift, a house, and rekindles her romance with Mike. They plan dinner, but Mike is deliberately hit by Orson in his car and left for dead. The next morning, Orson visits Bree.
