Preston Scavo (Brent Kinsman) is the identical twin brother of Porter Scavo (Shane Kinsman). It is unclear which of the twins arrived first but they are the oldest children of Lynette and Tom Scavo (Felicity Huffman and Doug Savant). Preston is a very rambunctious child and is often seen getting into mischief with his brother. In one of his first appearances on the show he and Porter disappear and end up frolicking in a pool while at a wake with their mom. At one point ADD medication was prescribed for him but his mother took them instead. Preston falls off of a roof after his half-sister Kayla (Rachel Fox) convinces him that he can fly with a "magical" umbrella.
