Carter‘s unit races against the clock to save a kidnapped woman, and it‘s up to Ty as a gang-banger, Dean as a security guard and Jaimie as a potential victim to track down the woman‘s whereabouts. But the situation is not helped by the fact that the FBI are involved in the case, dredging up a deeply personal grudge Carter has against the feds.
