Biography

Born Joseph Charles Nemec IV in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 5, 1971, Corin Nemec started his acting career with a guest stint on the series Webster, and gained the public’s eye when he was cast in the Francis Ford Coppola film Tucker: The Man and His Dream released in 1988. He became famous in Europe and the U.S. for his role in the hit Fox series Parker Lewis Can’t Lose. He also had guest and recurring appearances on popular small screen offerings such as Beverly Hills 90210 and Smallville.
 
Jonas Quinn is played by Corin Nemec on the Sci-Fi Channel original series Stargate SG-1. Quinn became a member of the SG-1 and became an archeologist and linguist, replacing Daniel Jackson .
