Chris Pierson was born on August 26, 1980. Initially, he used music as a stress releaser for coping up with his stepfather's terminal illness. His interest in music evolved into something much deeper as he wrote numerous songs and eventually sold CDs. Later, he became part of the band Streetlight Syndrome which also became a channel for him to share what had been building up inside himself in the past.

Moreover, he became part of the reality television show Rock Star: Supernova as one of the contestants. On week 1, he became part of the bottom 3. On week 2, he got eliminated.
