In the season finale, the final three girls receive a surprise visit from their loved ones, and they all partake in a special therapy session with Dr. Alli to see how far they‘ve come. Later, the ladies will stand before the judges to plead their cases, but ultimately, only one will graduate Charm School and win $100,000.
