Actor KAL PENN has started his job as U.S. President BARACK OBAMA's liaison officer between the White House and Asian communities.
The former House star, a longtime Obama fan, quit his job on the medical drama at the beginning of 2009 to concentrate on his new administration post.
Penn, who also starred in stoner comedy Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, officially became an associate director in the Office of Public Liaison on Monday (06Jul09). (KL/WNV/MT)
