THE FULL MONTY star HUGO SPEER has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
The British actor, who played a stripper in the Oscar-winning 1997 movie, was found slumped at the wheel of his car near his home in North Yorkshire, north England last month (Jun09).
Speer was spotted after pedestrians noticed his car's hazard warning lights were flashing, and called the emergency services.
The star was reportedly found to be double the drink-drive limit.
He was due to appear in court on Tuesday (07Jul09), but the case was adjourned as his lawyer is on holiday. (KD/WNTMI/ZN)
