Clooney's Cousin Sued Over Loan
GEORGE CLOONEY's actor cousin MIGUEL FERRER is facing a lawsuit from bank bosses over allegations he fell behind on loan payments. Executives at America's City National Bank claim the RoboCop star took out a $150,000 (?100,000) loan in April, 2009 but failed to make several payments a few months later. Bosses at the company filed a lawsuit this week (beg08Mar10) in a bid to recoup the remaining money, as well as a credit card balance of $3,245 (?2,163) plus interest, according to TMZ.com. City National Bank chiefs are suing for a total of $142,640 (?95,093) plus interest, costs and attorney's fees. (LR/WNWCZM/ZN)
