It seems that Britney's little sister isn't planning on flying below the radar anytime soon as she's recently been spotted up and about, shopping for various things, from baby products to household staples.  The Zoey 101 star recently turned 17, and much to everyone's surprise, her loving family wasn't around to celebrate with her.  In fact, Jamie Lynn Spears opted for a low-key celebration with hubby Casey Aldridge in McComb, Mississippi, while everyone else, including big sis Britney, mom Lynne and dad Jamie were in Los Angeles, California for a dinner at the Italian restaurant Peppone.

People Magazine reported that Jamie Lynn and Casey had dinner at Ruby Tuesday, after which the young couple headed to Wal-Mart to check out some sleeping bags.

"It was just the two of them.  They were like a little adult couple, very low-key," the source told People.  "They both seemed really happy, both in really good moods.  Jamie Lynn had a big smile on her face."

The 18-year-old actress, who recently went public about her engagement to 18-year-old Aldridge, has been very excited about the next step in their relationship.  Mommy Lynne Spears, on the other hand, seems skeptic about the move.  In fact, Lynne wants Aldridge to sign a prenuptial agreement before the marriage to protect Jamie Lynn's earnings from Nickelodeon's Zoey 101.  It seems that the Spears have finally learned their lesson, indeed.  After K-Fed's disaster marriage to former pop princess Britney Spears, the family is now taking precautionary steps to prevent anything like that happening to their baby Jamie Lynne.

"The contract is already drawn up and ready to go," an insider told InTouch magazine.  "Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants — as long as Casey signs the contract."

Moreover, InTouch reports that the family isn't so confident about Casey Aldridge being a good man to Jamie Lynn, as they are aware about the rumors that he has cheated.

"He doesn’t seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn," the insider added.  "Lynne is keeping an eye on him."

Not only should the Spears keep an eye on him, but also be aware of the dirty little secrets that he may be hiding up sleeve.  TMZ recently reported that Aldridge allegedly pointed a gun at a paparazzo after the photographer attempted to take a picture of him and Jamie Lynn on their off-road vehicle.  Aldridge claimed that they were on private property, and thus threatened the photographer.
