Work Out

Work Out is a reality television series on Bravo that features the state-of-the-art facilities and the attractive trainers at the Sky Sport and Spa in Beverly Hills, California, which is owned by elite trainer Jackie Warner. Catering to Hollywood’s elite, the program attempts to capture the highs and the lows within the fitness business while giving the viewers a taste of what the healthy lifestyle is all about.

Showcased on the program Work Out is the day-to-day routine of Jackie and all the drama the goes behind the scenes of running the business, while balancing her personal issues with her employee trainers. Apart from Jackie, her trainers, which comprises of  Jesse Brune, Gregg Butler, Rebecca Cardon, Erika Jacobson, Brian Peeler, Andre Riley, and Jennifer "Zen" Gray, are also showcased on the series. Illustrating various classes ranging from Yoga to Power Boxing, the show also gives light to the emotional turmoil within the fitness industry. Working under the philosophy of “work hard, play hard,” the trainers exert great efforts to meet the demands of their perfectionist boss while being dedicated to their notable high profile clientele to achieve customer satisfaction.

Work Out is produced by Bruce Toms and Amy Shpall. It airs Tuesdays 10/9C on Bravo.
