Emmy Award winner Sarah Jessica Parker, who is most famous for her work on Sex and The City, returns to the small screen to fuel the search for one lucky artist that will be given a chance to expose his or her work to the world. The hour-long competition series, entitled Work of Art: The Next Great Artist, will feature 14 contestants competing for a solo show at a nationally recognized museum and a generous cash prize

The weekly challenge, however, is easier said than done. Participants are forced to push their limits and go beyond their creative boundaries as they attempt to create unique works of art, whether through painting, photography, or sculpting, just to name a few. As expected, their work will be scrutinized by the panel of judges, alongside a featured celebrity guest judge each week.

Appearing as host on Work of Art: The Next Great Artist, is China Chow, an art enthusiast, as well as series mentor and world-renowned art auctioneer Simon de Pury. Also featured are judges Bill Powers, a New York Gallery owner, Jerry Saltz, art critic for New York Magazine, and Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn owner of Salon94 gallery.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist premieres on June 9 on Bravo.
