Last week's rain cut the episode short, so tonight we get to see who will move on to the X Factor live shows. The judges have narrowed down the field to 16, who will all move on to the live shows starting Nov. 1. For the most part, I agree with their decisions, although one or two were definitely harder to say goodbye.

Britney's Teens

Britney's in a great spot. The teens this season are super teens. I can see any of them winning the entire thing.

Diamond: Well, that's not a surprise as she's part of what's an extremely strong group. Britney's only constructive criticism is that she's nervous, but whatever, this girl could win this whole thing.

Carly Rose: This girl blows me away with each performance, and a lot of it has to do with her song choice because they showcase her strengths. Britney worries whether she can handle the pressure though.

Arin: Britney tells him he has the three C's: charisma, charm and confidence. But I don't see what's so special about him. Everyone seems to be under his spell. What am I missing?

Beatrice: Well, this was a no-brainer. I feel like I "saw" her for the first time during the performance at Britney's home. Someone needs to make sure she's as young as she says she is because her voice is so mature.

Who's cut: James and Reed. I wanted Reed to make it. As for James, this show isn't set for rappers, which is too bad.

LA's Over 25s

Here are LA's outcasts, in his opinion. I can't tell if he truly believes in his team now, or he's just saying so. It's definitely not my favorite group but he does have a few extremely unique singers.

David: No surprise. I can see him going far.

Jason: Well, it's a good thing he made it because he lost his job that morning. I'm indifferent toward him. I didn't like his performance at LA's house at ALL but I know he has a good voice and think he just needs to pick better songs.

Tate: He's just OK for me. I definitely don't see him winning the entire thing but I can see him getting through for a little bit.

Vino: My favorite out of his group. How can you not be pulled in by that voice?

Who's cut: Tara and Daryl. I'm glad Tara's gone solely based on her attitude. As for Daryl, I liked him way more than LA did.

Demi's 18-24s

This is a slightly bizarre group overall, which is probably a good thing. Maybe I mean diverse instead of bizarre. Maybe not.

Jennel: Despite Demi's concerns on her confidence, she has made it to the live shows!

Willie: Demi says even though he's so unique, it's risk without him knowing whether he's country or R&B. It's a risk she's willing to take because he's in! I wasn't sure if he was after those comments.

CeCe: When I say this group is bizarre, I basically mean her. I have no idea what she was doing in her performance at Demi's home. But there's no denying she has a strong voice, and I guess she has to stick around some more because she provides some life to the show.

Paige: Demi really dragged it out with her, and I didn't know if she was going to make it! But she's a great singer, although she has to stop trying to be Rihanna 2.0.

Who's cut: Jillian and Nick. Like we also know, the shelf life of rappers is short. As for Jillian, she's super emotional about being cut, but Demi made the right choice.

Simon's Groups

Lyric 145: I love them! Even though they were thrown together last minute. I'm so glad they're through and can't wait to see what more they have in store.

Emblem3: Simon didn't hold their previous bad performance against them. I really disliked them at first -- the cockiness is not attractive -- but they're kinda growing on me.

Lylas: Another group thrown together, they can be a super fierce female group, which is lacking right now on the charts.

Who's out: Playback and Dope Code. Maybe Simon picked his group based on the names.
