Femi Emiola was trained in theater arts at Iowa State University. She moved to New York City afterwards to study with Wynn Handman, a well-known director and acting teacher. Aside from performing in Off-Off Broadway shows and starring in the short film The Living Silence, Emiola made numerous appearances on TV shows such as The Ghost Whisperer, ER, and Scrubs. She is currently living in Los Angeles with her husband Kevin.

Lani Walker is played by Femi Emiola on MyNetworkTV’s American telenovela, Wicked Wicked Games. She is the assistant of Blythe Hunter, and she fell in love with Taylor.
