Kalain Santos is a 24-year-old model from Miami Beach, Florida and is of Puerto Rican heritage. He is currently taking courses that will help him improve his English.

Kalain trained in modern dance and performance at the Unica Performing Arts School, a voice and movement theatre located in Puerto Rico. He also hired a private acting coach to help him hone his talent.

Kalain was seen as Felipe on Las Dos Caras and as Kathy on The Doctor.

Outside the acting industry, Kalain Santos enjoys athletic activities like playing basketball, volleyball, racquetball and water sports. He’s also into sky-diving.

Kalain Santos is one of the 12 contestants on VH1’s reality TV talent search Viva Hollywood, a competition that brings together aspiring Latino actors and pits them against each other in challenges that will help them prove that they are “America’s Numero Uno Telenovela Star.” The aspirants are flown in to Los Angles and they live together in one house. The winner gets a Hollywood prize package which includes a contract with Telemundo, the U.S.’ biggest telenovela production company.
