Alan Dale was born on May 6, 1947 in New Zealand. He is popularly known for his inclusion in soaps and drama series. His projects include The Young Doctors, Neighbours, American Dreams, The West Wing, The O.C. and Lost. At present, he is part of the television series Ugly Betty where he plays Bradford Meade. Bradford Meade is the founder and the president of Meade Publications. He is also the father of Daniel Meade.
