We begin the final quarterfinals episode of
The Ultimate Fighter with everyone impressed by last week's fight between Matt Brown and Amir Sadollah. It truly was a very good fight, a lot of action, neither guy backing down. Jeremy May, right after the fight, wants a rematch with Matt Brown in the finale...or something. It's difficult to comprehend the gall May shows, or what he's done to even think that he'll be invited back for any UFC event. Matt Brown thought it was disrespectful, and the conversation continues inside the house – Jesse Taylor talks loud smack about May and continues to when May himself walks into the room. Jeremy tells Gerald that he wants to piss Jesse off so he'll hit him and then have to be sent home.
Later that night, everyone starts drinking, and May starts to go through with his plan – he ends up going too far, making some anti-Semitic remarks to the part-Jewish Taylor. Jesse doesn't appreciate these words. Taylor has to be restrained – May is a classless idiot. Pretty much everyone hates him.
Tim Credeur is taking on Daniel Cramer in the first fight of the night. Tim can't stop talking about how good-looking Cramer is before the fight begins. There's no bad blood between the two. Cramer wants to keep it standing, Credeur performs better on the ground.
Tim Credeur vs. Daniel Cramer
Round 1:
Both guys come out wailing, throwing punches and kicks, none of which are particularly effective. Thirty seconds in they get wrapped up against the fence, Cramer then taking Tim to the ground. Cramer stands up first, and when Tim joins him, Cramer throws a cacophony of punches landing a bunch. Tim wraps up and takes it to the ground, landing a few punches. Cramer, eventually, tries to stand up, but Tim has a grip on his leg and ends it with a heel hook. Cramer definitely showed some lack of experience, but he has potential.
CB Dolloway is preparing to take on Cale Yarbrough. CB doesn't like Cale one bit. But, I get the impression that CB would find a way to dislike anyone if he was about to fight them. CB says that Cale has one strength and that's stand-up. So, he's going to take him to the ground. Rampage is incredibly confident. Cale thinks CB is over-hyped, overrated. He wants to beat him via striking. Forrest isn't a big fan of CB either.
For fun, the two teams and their coaches went and raced go karts. Rampage, especially, was having a great time. The night of the go kart racing, everyone came back, got wasted and completely destroyed the house. Once and for all, the fighters showed that they are childish meat heads.
Cale Yarbrough vs. CB Dolloway
Round 1:
Cale comes out throwing some punches and a kick, but CB avoids it all. Eventually, CB bull rushes and takes Cale to the ground. In top position, CB lands some elbows and some punches. After two minutes of CB absolutely destroying Cale on the ground, the ref called the fight. Cale couldn't even fight back. Utter domination.
The semi-final fights are:
Jesse Taylor vs. Tim Credeur
