Tonight will be a special and dare we say, once-in-a-lifetime edition of
Two and a Half Men, as it comes from the writers behind hit forensic drama,
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Yes, this evening's episode kicks off the much-talked about crossover between the
CSI scribes and those of
Two and a Half Men.
CSI original cast member,
George Eads, makes a cameo appearance in tonight's installment called “Fish in a Drawer.”
When somebody dies in suspicious fashion at Charlie Harper's (
Charlie Sheen) residence, who do
Two and a Half Men turn to for answers? Why, who else but
CSI Las Vegas of course. Enter George Eads as
CSI Nick Stokes dispatched promptly to the scene of the mysterious death.
Veteran star Robert Wagner, well-loved as one half of the mystery-solving couple in
Hart to Hart, is a returning guest in the role of Teddy, Evelyn's (
Holland Taylor) new husband. Another returning engagement is Jenny McCarthy as Courtney, Wagner's on-screen devious daughter. Other guest performers are Jamie Rose as Sloane Jagov, Michael Lowry as Wes Tosterone, John Burke as Detective Henry Ketchum, Ping Wu as the coroner, Brett Wagner as prison cell mate, Hope Allen as Jenna, Carrie Reichenback as Alexis, Nicole Malgarini as Misty, Hollie Stenson as Destinee, Nakia Syvonne as Angel and Dan Cole as the clown.
“Fish in a Drawer,” tonight's featured offering on
Two and a Half Men, was written by
CSI writers Sarah Goldfinger and Evan Dunsky from a story by
CSI writers/executive producers, Carol Mendelsohn and Naren Shankar. It airs at 9 tonight on CBS. The
CSI half of the crossover, an installment aptly dubbed “Two and a Half Deaths,” airs Thursday, May 8. “Two and a Half Deaths” was penned by Chuck Lorre and Lee Aronsohn, writers and showrunners of
Two and a Half Men.
