Where will Jason get $1,200?  Luckily, Sookie was left $11,000 when she learns Uncle Bartlett died, but since he was always trying to molest her as a child, she doesn't want it. 

Jason and Hoyt are working, talking about Rene.  Hoyt, dim as he may be, is smart enough to recognize how dumb Jason is, saying that their local church is good enough for him because it teaches him to be a good Christian and not to hate.  Jason tries to argue that the Fellowship of the Sun is about more than hating vampires, it's about loving one another.  That's a lot like arguing the Nazi Party was OK because it wasn't about hating Jews, it was about loving fellow Aryans.

When Sookie arrives, Jason gets his sign from God when she gives him the check for $11,000.  It's hilariously disturbing that a pedophile's inheritance will pay for Jason to go to Jesus Camp.  Sure, Jason isn't aware of this, but even if he was, he probably still wouldn't get the irony.

Jason and Hoyt celebrate at Merlotte's.  Somehow Jason is able to turn down a woman's offer of sex.  She turns her sights on Hoyt, but he just stutters until she walks away.  Hoyt could be the most adorable thing around.  Arlene is also there, convincing Sam to hire a new waitress named Daphne and being rescued by new cook Terry, who smells her hair when they hug.  That woman has terrible taste in men.

Ironically, it's Jason who provides words of wisdom to Sookie.  For some reason, he's still in love with Amy, the crazy V addict who got him into a ton of trouble, and when Jason tells his sister that you have to love the whole person, flaws and all, she decides to forgive Bill for lying to her for two weeks about Jessica.

Sookie heads over to Bill's where he's giving Jessica a True Blood taste test.  She asks Bill about Uncle Bartlett, and he admits to killing the old pedophile.  This causes yet another fight, but that ends quickly once he promises to atone for all the things he's done and tells her that he loves her.  Basically, it's a "You make me want to be a better vampire" speech, and it works incredibly well, because it leads to...
