-Reality From the Producers of Project Runway, Top Chef is a competitive reality show on Bravo that pits chefs from around the country against each other in weekly challenges. Hosted by Padma Lakshmi, Top Chef sees the up and coming chefs evaluated (and eliminated) by expert judges. The chef that's left standing at the end of the season wins $100,000 and a feature in Food and Wine magazine.

Sam Talbot is a 28-year old Executive Chef in New York City. He comes from Charlotte and is currently residing in New York. Previously, he was voted as one of New York's sexiest chefs. He has 12 years of cooking experience and has worked at several restaurants like Black Duck, Williamsburg CafÃ©, and Punch. He admires chefs like Suzanne Goin, Tom Douglas and James Burns.

He became part of the reality cooking contest Top Chef. Although he appears to be self-absorbed, he is ready to prove that he is fierce when it comes to the kitchen and is more than just a pretty face.
