-Reality From the Producers of Project Runway, Top Chef is a competitive reality show on Bravo that pits chefs from around the country against each other in weekly challenges. Hosted by Padma Lakshmi, Top Chef sees the up and coming chefs evaluated (and eliminated) by expert judges. The chef that's left standing at the end of the season wins $100,000 and a feature in Food and Wine magazine.

Biography

Otto Borsich is 46-year old chef instructor at the Culinary Institute in Las Vegas. He comes from Vermilion, Ohio and is currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has Italian and Hungarian roots and comes from a large family. He has a flare for transforming leftover food into wonderful meals. Previously, he served as a cook onboard a nuclear submarine.

He was a contestant in the reality cooking contest Top Chef, Season 2. Initially, he tried to join the first season but did not make it. Now, he comes back to prove that he deserves a spot on the show. He was also the oldest contestant in Season 2.

Otto was the second chef eliminated from the show. He quit the show in Episode 2 when he held himself responsible for his team's loss.
