Born in Brooklyn, New York,
Jennifer trained both in classic French and Mediterranean cuisine. This 23-year-old has learned a lot through her travels. Her experiences in living and working in Paris and London also taught her much. But given the opportunity to choose, Jennifer says Cinque Terre, Italy is the place where she really wants to be. Jennifer always strives to bring together the French, Italian and Spanish influences in her cooking. She strongly believes in cooking for the season. Jennifer lives in San Francisco, California and is the present executive chef at COCO500 Restaurant.
