Howie is a 31-year old, self-taught, executive chef from Miami, Florida. Howie has been a chef for ten years and his culinary style is a contemporary blend of Asian, American and Mediterranean cuisines. Considered a hurricane in the kitchen, Howie prefers to source only the best products and materials for his masterpieces. His favorite simple summer recipe is Seared Scallops with Chorizo and Corn Emulsion.

Howie is one of fifteen aspiring chefs on the reality cooking show, Top Chef.
