Frank Terzoli is a 39-year old Executive chef of Delicias Restaurant in Rancho Santa Fe. Aside from cooking, he can sing Italian Opera and can speak fluent Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is the type of chef that does everything by instinct and does not even own a measuring cup. Currently, he is working on his Sicilian cookbook entitled "The No Hack Guide to the Kitchen by Frankie the Bull' He was one of the contestants in the reality cooking show Top Chef Season 2. He was labeled as "Frankie the Bull" and specialized on Sicilian foods with an American twist. Frank was the 7th chef eliminated from the show.
