Thirty-four year old Dale is a self-taught chef/consultant from Chicago, Illinois. Dale has been a chef for six years and has created what he calls, “flavor math.” According to his formula, the right number of spices can bring the perfect taste and flavor. Dale’s cooking style is a mixture of French and American influences and plans are underway for the opening of his own restaurant.

Dale is one of fifteen aspiring chefs on the reality cooking challenge show, Top Chef.
