-Reality From the Producers of Project Runway, Top Chef is a competitive reality show on Bravo that pits chefs from around the country against each other in weekly challenges. Hosted by Padma Lakshmi, Top Chef sees the up and coming chefs evaluated (and eliminated) by expert judges. The chef that's left standing at the end of the season wins $100,000 and a feature in Food and Wine magazine.

Clay is a 28-year old who hails from Northern Mississippi although he currently resides in Santa Barbara, California. He is a sous chef with the Santa Barbara University Club who likes to infuse his dishes with his southern style of cooking. Clay is admittedly self-taught and managed to hone his culinary skills during his time in various kitchens.

Clay is among the fifteen hopefuls vying for the title of Top Chef on the reality show with the same title.
