Camille is a 34-year old Puerto Rican chef from Elizabeth, New Jersey. Now living in Brooklyn, New York, she is owner/chef of Paloma Restaurant where she specializes in infusing her dishes with a Latin flavor. She attended Culinary School at the Academy of Culinary Arts and her favorite simple summer recipe is Mixed Greens Salad with Baby Grains.

Camille is among the fifteen aspiring chefs on the reality cooking show, Top Chef.
