Brian is a 34-year old executive chef from Bend, Oregon who now makes his home in San Diego, California. A product of Western Culinary Institute, Brian’s earliest influence was his grandmother’s cooking and the fresh seafood in his hometown of Oregon. He was recently voted 2007 Best Chef in San Diego for his work as executive chef at the Oceanaire Seafood Room. His favorite simple summer recipe is Cold Beer, Cold Wine & Cold Seafood.
Brian is one of fifteen contenders on the third season of the reality show, Top Chef.
