Antonia is an executive chef for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles called Foxtail. This 31-year-old single mom was trained and honed through her years of studying the field. She got her education from the French Culinary Institute. She currently resides with her 7-year-old daughter in Los Angeles. Her favorite thing to cook is fresh linguine with white truffle. You won't catch this woman without aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, for these are the most important ingredients for her. She simply cannot go anywhere without them on hand. She claims that her favorite indulgences are root beer floats with her beloved daughter.
