• So Nigel thinks this is the strongest finale since season 4? That's kind of cool. Unless, of course, Nigel Lythgoe might say this about every season.
• There definitely were a lot of standing ovations. And no performances that one would actually call bad.
• The guy who danced on one leg really was pretty cool.
• It sounds like there might be more dancers from that Dragon House place -- where Cyrus comes from. That could make for an impressive finale performance.
  

The second of the So You Think You Can Dance videos gives us an inside look at some of the choreography featured during the Top 4 performance night.



Honestly, no matter how cool the dancers thought it was and no matter how much Nigel needs to praise it, the Tyce Diorio number in which they were all conductors didn't really work for me. It probably had something to do with the way they were all dancing the different styles. Sometimes that's cool, but this one really didn't flow the way it could have.

On a related note, how amusing is it to see Nigel try to praise a "funny" routine?

It's kind of sad that this is our final installment with the ever-perky Soyon (for this season anyway). She is kind of cool. After all, this is a lady who knows not to put Chehon in a shirt.
