We begin right where left off yesterday on The Young and the Restless.  Maggie Sullivan (Tammy Lauren) finishes up arresting Victor (Eric Braeden) and takes him away to jail.  Victor asks Nick (Joshua Morrow) to call Michael.

Sharon (Sharon Case) is at home, looking at her and Jack's wedding photo.  Yesterday on The Young and the Restless, Jack witnessed Brad holding Sharon's hand at the club, and instead of getting mad about it, he brings home Sharon's favorite flowers for her.  She's very happy, and suggests a night in together.

Michael (Christian LeBlanc) is having lunch with his family at the club when he gets the call from Neil (Kristoff St. John) about Victor, so he rushes off.  On the way out, he runs into Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and David (Vincent Irizarry) and tells them the news.  Nikki has to go find Nick and asks David to take their meeting with investors by himself.

At the coffeehouse, Lily (Christel Khalil) and Devon (Bryton McClure) and Roxanne (Tatyana Ali) are going over their course catalogue for next semester when Cane (Daniel Goddard) comes in.  Lily remembers her difficult conversation with Cane when he said that their age difference (31 versus 19) is too great to overcome.  But Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia have the same age difference and they seem to be doing just fine.  Just go with it, Cane!

Gloria (Judith Chapman) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) speculate as to the level of Victor's culpability.  Katherine (Jeanne Cooper) and Jill (Jess Walton) walk by and overhear their conversation.  Lauren and Katherine think that Victor might have done it, but Gloria and Jill say that it was Jack who is the perp.

In jail, Michael tells Victor that the court might consider him a flight risk and asks him to give up his passport.

Lily makes an excuse about having to run some errands, so she leaves the coffeehouse.  Devon asks Roxanne if she knows any eligible bachelors to set Lily up with.

At the club, Jill passive-aggressives to Gloria about her budding relationship with Jeffrey (Ted Shackelford).  And speak of the devil, he walks in and joins them.

A reporter shows up at the Abbott mansion to get Jack's statement on Victor's arrest.  It's the first he's hearing of it, but he's just pleased as punch.

Jeffrey demands to Gloria to gather the family for dinner tonight so that he can publicly propose.  She tries to get out of it, but he twists her arm until she agrees to tomorrow night.  He also demands $50,000 so he can buy her dazzling engagement ring.  Lauren sees them talking from across the room.

Maggie tells Heather (Vail Bloom) all about Victor's arrest.  Michael comes in and they all granstand each other.

Nick and Neil have finished working on a statement for the press about the arrest when Nikki shows up.  Nick   He asks his mother if she thinks Victor is guilty, but she can't allow herself to even consider that possibility.

Gloria reluctantly writes out the check to Jeffrey.  He tells her that he knows all about her plan of buying up lots of expensive jewels and withdrawing large sums of cash from her account.  He leaves, and Lauren comes back to tell her that she's onto her.  She knows that Gloria is in trouble, but Gloria won't admit to anything.

Sharon is displeased with Jack's gloating.  Things are back to rocky between those two again.

Neil is fielding calls from the press and offers to write a statement of support for Nikki.  She agrees, but David doesn't want her to publicly support Victor about anything.

Victor is out on a million dollars of bail, which Nick posted, so he leaves the jail with Michael and Nick.

At the coffeehouse, Roxanne is on the phone with a guy named Alan to arrange a date with Lily.  Devon approves, and calls up Lily to arrange a hang-out at Indigo tomorrow night.  Lily doesn't know that it's a setup, though.  Lily goes over to the club where Cane is, and they make awkward.  Cane suggests that there are only two things that are left to do: one of them can leave town, or they can start hanging out.  He means hanging out as more than friends.  Lily asks him to see a movie, and they decide on the day after tomorrow.

Nick approaches Nikki at the ranch.  Victor is very frosty with the both of them, though.

Gloria tells Kevin (Greg Rikaart) all about how Jeffrey is onto her.  She's on the warpath now, and needs Kevin's help.  At the club, Lauren tells Michael about Gloria's dinner party tomorrow night, and tells him all about her suspicions.

Victor calls Jack from his office, and they exchange barely snarky quips.  Sharon walks in and overhears his conversation.

Next on The Young and the Restless: Lauren discovers Gloria's jewelry stash, Daniel asks Heather out, Phyllis asks Jack about Victor's arrest.
