Fans have plenty to look forward to next month on The Young and the Restless.  One of which is model Ruby Aldridge, younger sister of Levi's model Lily Aldridge, who will be making an appearance on the long-running soap, according to Soaps.com.

Ruby, for those who are not familiar, is an up and coming star in the modeling circuit.  She has appeared in magazines such as Vogue and France's Jalouse, and is credited for advertisements for DKNY, Paul Mitchell, and Peter Langner, just to name a few. She has also been often compared to supermodel Christy Turlington.

Ruby will be making her debut on The Young and the Restless on W.dnesday, October 1.  As of the moment, not much has been revealed about her role.  On the other hand, many are speculating that her storyline may involve a cover shoot for the next issue of Restless Style.

Meanwhile, fans can look forward to other returning cast members on The Young and the Restless this week.  Tomorrow, Raya Meddine will temporarily return to reprise her role as Sabrina Costelana Newman, who appears as a ghost to Victor Eric Braeden.  For more information about this storyline, check out this spoiler article.

Additionally, Eileen Davidson will also return on The Young and the Restless to portray her signature character, Ashley Abbott.  But she won't just be gracing the series for the holidays as she'll be returning full-time to add some spicy drama to the residents of Genoa.  Davidson, who originated the role of Ashley in 1982, has appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful for the past year and a half.

Davidson, who is expected to return on The Young and the Restless on September 26, has reportedly been included in the show's on-location shoot in Paris, France.  The top-secret plot also involves Eric Braeden (Victor Newman), Sharon Case (Sharon Newman), and Joshua Morrow (Nicholas Newman).
