Christel Khalil, who was born on November 30, 1987 in Los Angeles, California, is an Emmy Award nominated actress who is best known for playing Lily Winters Romalotti on CBS' The Young and the Restless. Her film credits include Dragon Fury, Matilda, Interview With the Assassin and White Like the Moon. She also appeared on television series such as That's So Raven and Malcolm in the Middle.

Lily Winters Romalotti is played by Christel Khalil on CBS' The Young and the Restless. Lily is the daughter of Malcolm and Drucilla Winters. She was infected with STD by her older boyfriend, Kevin Fisher when they had unlawful sex. She was later involved with Daniel Romalotti as they went into hiding from the law, as they were charged with vehicular homicide which killed Cassie Newman. After they were caught and Daniel was exonerated, Lily was sent to boarding school. Upon her return, she reunited and eloped with Daniel. After their marriage, he confessed to her that it was him who drugged her a couple of years back. She initially got angry and moved back in with her parents, though she soon forgave him and returned to his home.
